Reuel "Ruly" Couch is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Board Certified Business Appraiser (BCBA). He has been successfully selling restaurants and related entities throughout Arizona for over twenty years. His experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry, based on over 500 transactions, proves to be a tremendous asset to his clients. As Broker/President, Reuel handles communication and oversees the escrow process from purchase contract to closing. He has a unique ability for finding the fair common ground between seller and buyer in order to reach a collective goal. Reuel’s Cajun roots have blessed him with passion for people, food and entertainment. He is married with two young sons and enjoys family, friends, golfing and touring the valley and state restaurants with "Porky", the TRB custom promo Harley.
Dave Andrea is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who serves as the Branch Manager of TRB’s Scottsdale office. Dave is an award-winning restaurant owner/operator with a number of distinguished restaurants and clubs in his current and past portfolio including Buzz Nightclub, Wild Noodles, Old Town Tortilla Factory and the new Copper Square Grill in the Arizona Center. Dave also owns The Restaurant Connection, which is a one-stop resource center for the many needs of a restaurateur. Dave is married and the father of young twins.
AJ Edelstein is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and partner in The Restaurant Brokers. With nearly 25 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, his expertise covers a wide range of disciplines, from site selection and feasibility studies to project management, pre/grand opening strategies and an overall operational knowledge of food, beverage, entertainment, and marketing. Some of his career highlights include Vice President of Operations for Jillian’s entertainment complexes; Chief Operating Officer for the popular big-box" America Live’ concepts and Development Manager for the international entertainment company ‘Village Roadshow of Melbourne’, Australia. In addition to corporate multi-unit experience, he has owned and operated his own bars, restaurants, hospitality management and consulting companies.
